The hub of my bike was loose so took the wheel to formby cycles, they had a look at it, cleaned it and contacted me the day after saying that the hub was worn out so they did not charge me anything and when I went to get the wheel they explained really well all the options. That is excellent customer service. Have to say that every time I have been there they have been super helpful. HIghly reccomended

Not to happy up to now was told on phone they could set my gears up while we wait we drive 45 mins to get there they sell us a bronze package and say it should be ready in 3 days. My stars may change depending on quality of work.......... changed my review as they sorted everything out for us fast and couldent apologise more. That's what business is all about fixing mistakes cheers guys and sorry for initial review
Really helpful guys,ordered a bike Thursday over the phone which wasn't in stock and it arrived Friday morning, friendly and knowledgeable with plenty of time for you..even bought a new lid! Well worth the trip.
