Most awful customer service experience from Formby Car Body Repairs! Requesting a quote for repair to rusty wings. So unhelpful to the point that they actually said didn't want my custom! Refused to go through relevant options to suit my budget. Avoid!
Used them twice now. The first time they managed to reshape and refinish a piece of trim on a Ford Fusion, saving me pounds. Second time I split the bottom of the front spoiler on my Merc. They melted in a piece of metal mesh to repair the split, resurfaced, polished and painted it, to a faultless finish. All for less than my insurance excess.These guys are very good.
