Wow, what can I say?! Marie and her team at the Wedding Rooms were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. As soon as I walked into their shop to discuss my flowers and venue dressing, I knew I had made the right decision. Marie immediately took everything out of my hands and I knew I could trust her with all of my flowers and decorations of the venue. She listened to what I wanted and had lots of great ideas to make it even better. Very reasonably priced too! The flowers on the day were beautiful and the West Tower venue looked stunning! Everyone commented on how beautiful the decorations were. Marie had excelled my expectations and even came back later on to help the venue set up and change the decorations for the meal and the evening amazing service. Overall, I can't recommend The Wedding Rooms enough - thank you!x
OMG what can I say!!! Customer service, from when we first entered The Wedding Rooms to when we left...superb. Marie instantly had a dress in mind that she thought would suit me. How amazing is she, I tried the dress on, I didn't try another. Also thank you to the other lady (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) she helped me with the dress. Just amazing people and would advise anyone looking for a dress.....Try there first Thank you Both so much
If I could give more stars I would. Marie and everyone there are absolutely fantastic! They made me feel so special every time I have visited - nothing was too much trouble and I never felt rushed. They have such a variety of dresses, and encourage you to try on as many different styles as possible, and offer expert guidance without being at all pushy. On top of all that their prices are sooooo reasonable!! I would recommend to anyone, anywhere - I travelled from London for my visits and it was so worth it! I cannot recommend The Wedding Rooms enough. From the moment I entered the shop, Marie couldnt do enough for me. It was my first time wedding dress shopping and she went out of her way to try every style on me until I knew what suited me and made the whole experience really special. I never felt rushed and she really does know what she is talking about
