My rating is actually ZERO stars. I will never buy from Victoria Plumbing again. I had reason to report a fault with a purchase of mono bloc kitchen taps that have developed a fault (constant dripping) and have emailed them twice in the past week but they have not responded (apart from sending the standard automated acknowledgement email) . They're happy to take my money when I purchased the item but have no customer support that can be depended on if there is a query. I have decided I can't now expect any immediate satisfaction to get the issue resolved, and because the taps won't stop dripping I have purchased another tap from a different company so as to fix the problem myself. I will have to lose the cost of my original purchase I'm afraid. I find the whole experience quite appalling.

Ordered a toilet and a sink from Victoria Plumbing. Upon arrival i checked both products whilst the delivery driver waited. I found that the toilet was chipped and the chip was easily noticeable, so i rejected the toilet base. The delivery driver asked i contact Victoria Plumbing to let them know before he could take away the faulty product. I contacted Victoria Plumbing and was instructed that I could sign for the products and keep hold of the toilet base until Victoria Plumbing sent out a replacement and arranged another pickup of the faulty toilet base. I sent over photos of the fault as requested by Victoria Plumbing, and was contacted by the delivery company a few days later to confirm that they could deliver a replacement tomorrow, but there was no order to take away the faulty toilet base.I contacted Victoria Plumbing and I was informed that no delivery company would take away faulty toilets and that there was nothing they could do. Also adding that it was the fault of courier companies who don't take away such items??? I stood my ground and mentioned that i did not own the faulty toilet base and it was for Victoria Plumbing to take away the faulty item. The guy on the phone said there was nothing the company could do with a chipped toilet and i would need to arrange for disposal!!! At one point i had to ask if i was speaking to Victoria Plumbing due the company being so unprofessional. I asked to be put through to the manager, but the staff member said the manager would not be able to help. I insisted i wanted to speak to the manager and was placed on hold for 2 mins, the staff member returned and said he would arrange for the toilet base to be picked up the following day, but i should hide the chip or cover it up so the delivery company does not see it ?????!!!!???!!! I contacted another independent third party courier and asked why this was the case, and was informed that courier companies have no problems with taking away faulty toilets if they receive an order, but Victoria Plumbing were trying to avoid picking up due to costs of storing and disposing of the item. What a waste of 15 minutes on the phone. If you experience this problem with Victoria Problem, don't give up. They do this because it costs them to dispose of faulty bathroom equipment. Management must have trained staff to not accept the such faulty items. It now makes sense why Victoria Plumbing asked me to accept the order when the delivery driver dropped off the products as they had no intention of picking up the faulty item. If you receive faulty products from Victoria Plumbing, reject them at the door and the delivery driver will return it.Giving them 3 stars because they did replace the item quickly when i reported it. They are also cheaper then most places who offer the same products.

DO NOT USE! Ordered my entire bathroom from them. Bathroom tap and cabinet arrived broken (as if they had dropped during handling - the tap i ordered was in bits and badly bashed in). Luckily my builder was able to get on with other jobs while we waited 3 days for them to send out replacements. This was acceptable as I guess these things can happen. However, when doing the last job of the bathroom, we opened one of the little boxes that contained the hinges to the shower screen, to find one of the hinges had completely snapped in half... Again these things can happen - however, it has now been 5 weeks since I reported this to their customer service team and I still have not had a replacement hinge. At every stage of this process it has been me that has had to chase up them to find out what is going on. I have had to waste my time in call cues that have left me waiting for 20+mins before I get to speak to someone that quite frankly doesn't have a clue. I have sent images and I have felt with five separate people. This process has just gone around in circles.AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am sure that there are better companies out there with a better customer service.

Ordered a whole shower bath kit and vanity units including back to wall toilet. Bath arrived damaged. This was replaced by VP so no problems there. After installation the soft close toilet seat stopped working after a couple of weeks with some clear silicone like matter being squeezed from the joints. Toilet seat was replaced so no problem there. The problem started when the replacement stopped working with the same fault. I reported it again and pointed out that obviously this soft close mechanism was not of merchantable quality. Eventually e.mailed the managing director. That was two weeks ago. Have followed up with other e.mails but still waiting for a reply. Not a good sign when the MD cannot be bothered to sort out a pretty simple problem with his company's goods. Really bad service just to ignore a customer complaint.

Great customer service! I bought a product that was no longer needed but was past 30 days and was totally sorted out by the team. Will definitely use them again. Highly rated by Which Magazine to.
