Recently had a new boiler fitted by Tower Heating and cannot fault their service. Both George and Tom were excellent and deserve praise for their professionalism throughout the fitting. They were more than helpful, worked efficiently and were willing to answer all queries (in exchange for hot drinks and Ribena) and left the house exactly as they found it once the job was complete.Lee also deserves a mention for fixing a faulty valve in my toilet after the boiler was fitted. Thanks very much Tower Heating! Top marks!!

Had a radiator fitted this morning by George K and Tom S. Did a fantastic job, even helped adjust our Radiator Cabinet to fit, very clean finish.Well recommended. 6 stars
I got tower heating out and they listened to my issue on the phone then we came up with a time for them to come out. The engineer came out, on time, was very nice. Explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it (as I am a DIY'er and I messed it up!). Great customer service, the radiators are all working and now the house is boiling! Haha! Will be using again, thank you.
Don't bother, bad customer service, charge for quotes, inflated prices - and flat out lies about time spentIn response to below- we've since had 2 other plumbers out to check the fault, who carried out a proper inspection lasting more than 10 minutes and did not charge for quoting work needed. Not to mention the engineer stating he didn't even need to be there to identify the common fault?
