Efficient at setting up viewings, followed up appointments, but gave us the impression that we could submit an offer the day after viewing, but an hour later told us an offer had been accepted.
Would like to say don't touch this agent with a barge pole we were convinced by this scum agent we were landlords favourite we put in a really good offer and we were told Monday just gone we would have an answer and we were told by voicemail that landlord had gone with other applicant. What a disgrace will avoid u like a plague
Awful. Had my house up for sale with them. They seemed to do nothing to try and sell and genuinely seemed to have no interest. The staff never answer the phone so prospective buyers can't get through. I began to think they were making no effort to sell my little house because it wasn't in the highest cost bracket so it would mean less commission for them when it was sold. Took the house off them in the end and gave it to a different agent and it was sold in 2 months. Also, maybe it was because I was asking for progress reports and they resented that, but a couple of the women in the office are very rude.
