Very good staff. I feel confident in their skills and would recommend them to anyone. My four cats agree too.
After a brief emergency visit to the vets I was told there was no need to complete any insurance on the day. on returning to my own vet I was told forms should have been filled in and then after the request for paperwork was completed was invoiced for additional fees.It strikes me that they did not understand the correct procedures and are happy to charge arbitrarily and without warning for services.
