Normally I don't like Wetherspoon's as they lack an atmosphere, but this particular Weatherspoon's does. There is a very large crowd typically in there which can lead to certain meals becoming unavailable as the day moves on. If I had one complaint it is that the bar staff those who shout the loudest first as opposed to being aware of the order in which people arrive at the bar looking for service.As always, if you found this review useful please remember to like it. Great service and brilliant food. Best one I e been too
Food was tepid and sausages we're not great. Self service Coffee machines ran out of either water or coffee 3 times in the 40 mins that I was there. Staff battled on. It seemed to me that another 2 or 3 staff were needed. Tables were not cleared from the time I walked in, till the time I walked out. This review is not a reflection on the staff. Just be prepared to wait a while at busy times. (I called in on a Sunday morning)
Good as spoons goes. Nice modern space. Clean well looked after. Staff good and helpful. Toilets three quarters of a mile away but massive and well kept.
Great cocktails and great food, especially the chips. Cheap food. Using the app means they bring everything to your table. Evenings are always busy, but daytime is often quiet. If you can snag a booth there are outlets for usbs and plugs so a few of you can charge your phones or use laptops to get work done, found this very useful in the past. Child friendly, often a lot of children in the evenings.
